In-Store Collection:
- Orders can be collected from our store located at Unit B, Goostrey Home & Leisure, Cheshire CW4 8HE
- Orders will be ready for collection within 24 hours of purchase confirmation.
- No additional cost.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 3pm on a business day will typically be processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team.

5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

Open Pet Food: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of open pet food. Please ensure you are satisfied with the product before opening the packaging.

b. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

5. Return Shipping

a. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
